Уже три дня пытаюсь войти в adminconsole, но получаю сообщение "Время ожидания ответа от сервера adminconsole.adobe.com истекло."

Пробовал из разных браузеров, на разных компьютерах, в разных местах  - везде один результат.

 

Не могу назначить лицензии пользователям.

 

Помогайте!!!

Buenas tardes,

 

En nuestra escuela tenemos contratada una licencia de dispositivo de Adobe Creative Cloud y quisiera plantear la siguiente pregunta:

¿Cómo puedo saber en cuál computadora de nuestra escuela tengo físicamente instalada la licencia? ¿Es algo que se puede comprobar?

 

No sé si he sido lo suficientemente claro. Toda ayuda que me puedan brindar es bien recibida.

CC Applications Fail to Install/Update Error 113

I have never had a problem updating any program in CC until this week.  Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC will not update now through the CC desktop app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. Same problem..except that those two programs wouldn't even install using the CC app after being uninstalled. The CC desk top app itself updates, Illustrator CC updates, InDesign CC updates...but Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC do not. My install log indicates a 'manifest file cannot be downloaded'.  This error happens after quite a few files have already been downloaded and extracted.

 

Here is the error code summary:

I gave my IT department the 'Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf'.  They are telling me they've added exceptions for all the addresses in the list, but I am still having the problem.

 

I am running Windows 7 Professional if that makes any difference.  I've been running the Creative Cloud suite smoothly for quite some time.

 

When going through the troubleshooting steps:

I see the two logos so I have access to the activation servers.

I get the pong response.

My host file is clean.

The GlobalSign Root CA certificate is installed and enabled.

I can access secure servers (https://).  I'm typing this on a secure site.

 

I was able to re-install both programs (Photoshop and Acrobat DC) using the direct install links, but they are not the most current versions...and I haven't been able to update.  That is simply a work-around.  Until this week the Creative Cloud app has functioned beautifully.

I've purchased a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) from the online reseller  - Digital River International S.a.r.l.. and it shows on Plans & Products section in my account.

I passed all the process, but when downloading the cc programs i got trails, instead of full programs.

In few cases like illustrator i been asking to give an authorization code, which i didn't get in the purchasing process. somehow my Adobe ID doesn't recognize the plan that I paid for.

I've tried to uninstall (in the regular way and with adobe cc cleaner) and to re-install but it doesn't work. how can i fix that?

Fatal Error 113

I am trying to download my CC apps and I am getting a download error for SOME of my apps with the reference -113. There is nothing in my server settings or firewall that would be blocking the required sites or ports according to my network administrator. How can I fix this?

Having the same issues for months now. Running Windows 7 & CC. All started after last CC update. I tried the Adobe Clear Tool & all the tips... nothing has worked and I'm wasting a ton of time and paying for apps I can't use. Frustrating as we are a large Adobe Corp Account. 

One lab won't activate properly

I work in a school district, and we have a number of device licenses to cover a few of our labs where the students work with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. One of the labs that I'm trying to deploy to is not activating all of the computers - only the last one that I try to activate. For instance, if I activate computer 1 in the lab and look at the Adobe admin console, computer 1 from that lab is in the device list. If I then move to computer 2 and activate that computer, when I look at the Adobe admin console, computer 1 is no longer in the list of activated devices, only computer 2 is now. If I then move on to computer 3, it shows up in the activated device list and now computer 2 is gone as well.

 

The way that I have this set up has worked flawlessly on other labs, and from what documentation I've read from Adobe is how I should be doing this. When creating a new image for the lab, I install the Creative Cloud suite using a name-based installer package that I create with the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager tool. After I deploy the image to the lab, I go to each machine and run a license-only installer that I created with the Creative Cloud Packager tool that is set to be a device license.

 

I'm using the same installer package, and the same license package that I've used in other labs where it's worked perfectly. It's just this one lab that isn't cooperating. We have plenty of available licenses left on our account. I do have a number of computers in the deactivated computer list, as we just decided to move the Creative Cloud suite from one of our other labs to this new one, if that makes any difference. So I've got a full lab of computers in the deactivated list.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or insight as to why this might be happening, and how I can go about fixing it?

Can not find Muse in Creative Cloud Packager

We need to download Muse so we can move from the EEA license to the VIP Device license. I've already done a deploy one to convert the licence from EEA to VIP but I want to do a Muse deployment that is already VIP for new machines coming to the campus next year

Can install CC15 but not anything newer

I've been trying to install the entire CC18 suite on my lab computers but it starts the installation and suddenly removes everything that installed and a message comes up that the install failed but there was no reason why.

 

I ran the creative cloud cleaner tool and had it removed everything adobe on the machine including CC15. When I tried to install again the same thing happened.

 

I was able to re-install the CC15 suite with no issue whatsoever. I downloaded a newly created CC19 package and it fails the same as CC18. What is going on that CC15 installs perfectly but I can't install anything newer.

 

I even tried to install the new versions one program at a time but they fail the same way.

 

Please help! I'm running out of summer before the students get back.

Help Updating Adobe Creative Cloud without admin rights

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a problem and were hoping you would be able to help. 

 

We had adobe creative cloud client installed manually by our IT admins. The problem that we are facing is that when there is a new version of adobe creative cloud, it stops working all together.  Because they are not admins on the computer they are unable to update ACC. 

 

What is the best way to go about updating everyones without having our admins manually installing again.  We do not want to give our users admin privileges.

NO OPTION TO CANCEL MY TEAM PLAN

I have been trying to cancel my team plan for months I have spent hours, on the phone and sending emails to adobe support, since there is no online option to do it.

On 31st of January 2018 I have cancelled over the phone my team plan for all applications ($A101.19) and ordered a plan for a single app (Indesign) and a Photograpgy Plan  (I don't need all apps anymore)

.

From that moment on I should have been charged A$42.88 a month. Not only I am still being charged for the team plan (just got an email with September invoice) but I am also charged $42.88 for In-Design and Photography packages.

 

Adobe support, pull your finger out. How many more hours will I have to spend to get it cancelled and get a refund? I can't even delete my card details on your website which I think is against the law.

Premiere Pro Team Project wont open or start new loading screen hang

We started using creative cloud yesterday. I cannot seem to log in to or start a new team project. To be clear, I have tried, restarting PC, restarting cloud, signing in and out, restarting premiere several times, but the log in progress bar hangs for ages and never actually loads anything.

I cannot open a new team project and try and recover from the media browser because it wont get that far. I cannot open our previous project for the same reason. I have the latest version of Premiere pro, as mentioned we downloaded and started it yesterday.

 

Would be very grateful for your assistance as we need to get something out very soon.

How to cancel and Adobe Teams Account

I could get rid of my firewall software and use the Adobe customer contact options since nothing seems to get through.  I had a question about memberships in Creative Cloud and Teams which I am paying for and which for my purposes are not both necessary.  I thought that the only way I would to be able to discuss my issue with someone was to cancel both memberships and hope to get a rise out of someone at Adobe, I canceled my Creative Cloud membership and of course was sent back to the endless loop to cancel the Teams membership and which of course was unsuccessful.  Shame on me that I don't even know how I wound up with the teams membership, have no email documentation on signing up and don't know how long I'm locked in for.

Bonjour,

 

Depuis le 14 juin, je me bats pour résoudre un problème d’installation et personne chez Adobe n’a été à même de m’aider pour un seul de mes deux problèmes.

 

  1. J’ai commencé par explorer votre foisonnant site internet qui donne l’impression de vouloir répondre à tous les problèmes
  2. J’ai ensuite créé des sessions d’experts qui n’ont rien donné, faute de se mettre d’accord simplement sur l’heure d’appel !
  3. J’ai échangé des mails avec un aimable interlocuteur américain qui a envoyé vers moi le support français.
  4. L'on m'a contacté sans apporter la moindre solution à mes deux problèmes et on a prétendu que le cas était résolu.
  5. On m'a renvoyé par mail à ma case de départ, c’est-à-dire les sessions d’experts étrangers qui vivent dans leur fuseau horaire et sont incapables de résoudre mes problèmes…
  6. J’ai toujours mes deux problèmes de départ : un mac sur lequel je ne peux installer aucun pack, même le plus léger (Photoshop et Bridge seulement, par exemple), sans qu’il me jette avec une erreur Code 112, et un autre mac où j’ai pu installer les applications apparemment normalement mais qui refuse toute validation, alors qu’il fait partie de mon équipe de 76 postes enregistrés chez Adobe et que sur les autres ça fonctionne normalement.

J’ai donc besoin :

  1. que l’on se penche sur mon problème de code 112, qui pourrait bien être lié au fait que l’installeur n’est pas reconnu par le système comme étant créé par un développeur reconnu par Apple (ce qui m’oblige à forcer le lancement dans le Système)
  2. Que l’on me fournisse un Serializer actualisé qui me permette de résoudre le problème d’activation du mac Chris-D dûment enregistré dans votre abonnement et pour lequel toutes les applications anciennes ont été effacées du dossier Applications, comme s’il s’agissait d’un cas de piratage !

AdobePackageBuilder has Errors after 100% of packaging

Now I tried three times to complete the packaging, but after 100% of packaging the packager shows a lot of errors like those:
