Hello,

I've been trying to install the enterprise version of Creative cloud on a windows 10 system for the last couple weeks and i've consistently been getting a return code 6 on the log file. I am not sure how to proceed with this problem.

I have tried redownloading the installer files using the Creative Cloud Packager. The settings I have been using is as follows:

Creative Cloud for Enterprise > Login with credentials from licensing.adobe.com > Create Package > Licence Type (Serial Number) & 64 Bit

I've ensured that the system is up to date. I've tried to installed while connected to our firewalled network connection as well as an unblocked internet connection. I am having the same issue.

Can someone lease advise me on how to move forward with this?

Hi all,

We are using CC Packager to package up individual applications (Photoshop, InDesign etc) and are having trouble deploying the applications once packaged. To deploy, we are using SCCM 2012 and are deploying to Windows 7 x64 clients. It appears that the install begins on the client, then hangs, never to finish.

We are running the MSI with the REBOOT=ReallySuppress and MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable commands, but with no luck.

This has us really stumped. The applications seem to package fine, yet just won't install. If we manually run the installer, we can see it begin installing, then the progress bar goes backwards and the installation ends without displaying any sort of message.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Any ideas?

I can easily log in my own personal account. But my university account does not work. I keep getting "Another user is logged in" error whatever I do. I tried erasing my cookies, changing browser and computer!

Hi,

We currently have a Photoshop CC licence that is installed on one machine. The machine is being changed and we want to install Photoshop CC on the new machine. When we access our admin console, Photoshop CC shows up, see screen below:

We have created a package and deployed it to the new machine and it installed it but it is only a trial version that is installing not the version we have a license for. What are we doing wrong? Does Photoshop need removing from the old machine (still in use) before we can install the software.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have never had a problem updating any program in CC until this week.  Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC will not update now through the CC desktop app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. Same problem..except that those two programs wouldn't even install using the CC app after being uninstalled. The CC desk top app itself updates, Illustrator CC updates, InDesign CC updates...but Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC do not. My install log indicates a 'manifest file cannot be downloaded'.  This error happens after quite a few files have already been downloaded and extracted.

Here is the error code summary:

I gave my IT department the 'Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf'.  They are telling me they've added exceptions for all the addresses in the list, but I am still having the problem.

I am running Windows 7 Professional if that makes any difference.  I've been running the Creative Cloud suite smoothly for quite some time.

When going through the troubleshooting steps:

I see the two logos so I have access to the activation servers.

I get the pong response.

My host file is clean.

The GlobalSign Root CA certificate is installed and enabled.

I can access secure servers (https://).  I'm typing this on a secure site.

I was able to re-install both programs (Photoshop and Acrobat DC) using the direct install links, but they are not the most current versions...and I haven't been able to update.  That is simply a work-around.  Until this week the Creative Cloud app has functioned beautifully.

I can connect remotely with Citrix to open the server where my work files are archived. I can open all files except .indd, .psd, .ai, .eps - so anything that has been created with Creative Cloud apps. I have tried to "open with" but because the apps are not "on" my computer I can't navigate to the programs to show what to  open these files with. I cannot even copy them and paste them in on my desktop. The icons for Creative Cloud files that I am seeing remotely are showing up as plain white pages, so I believe my computer doesn't know what they are. Anyone know a workaround for this?

I have a problem and were hoping you would be able to help. 

We had adobe creative cloud client installed manually by our IT admins. The problem that we are facing is that when there is a new version of adobe creative cloud, it stops working all together.  Because they are not admins on the computer they are unable to update ACC. 

What is the best way to go about updating everyones without having our admins manually installing again.  We do not want to give our users admin privileges.

Is there any documentation on how to get better control over how machine names appear in the list? I'm working with iMac systems mostly, with current MacOS installations, joined to a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) domain. I usually set the machine name in the System Preferences, Sharing control panel, and they appear consistently in AD. But there is much less consistency over how machine names end up appearing in the Adobe CC Admin Console. Sometimes, not often, a name completely different from what I assigned. I only know it's the machine in mind because it just showed up in the CC Console.

I don't know why I'm writing this since the same questions has gone unanswered many times. As useful as Adobe Acrobat is, it leaves its customers and the public out to hang dry if a problem comes up. My imbedded PDF files in a MS Word document will not open because: ""The program used to create this object is AcroExch. That program is either not installed in your computer or is not responding. To edit this object, install AcroExch or ensure that any dialog boxes in AcroExch are closed!" What is the solution to this problem please.

I have been struggling to get Adobe XD deployed to our computers and could use some help.

I build a thick image containing Windows 10 1709 (and all patches) as well as other key software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, and then I sysprep and capture an image of my reference VM using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.  (Our Creative Cloud installer was built using the serialized package option in the Creative Cloud Packager.)  Initially, the CC installer package I created for installation into my thick image included Adobe XD, however for some reason having XD included in the package caused the entire installation to fail, so I created a package which excluded XD.

So my thought on resolving this was to create a new package using the Creative Cloud Packager which JUST had Adobe XD in it, and then distribute that to my computer lab PCs during OSD.  Using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit I deploy my captured thick image to the PCs, and then once Windows has been deployed to the machines, the task sequence calls for some additional packages to be installed, including the Adobe XD package.

The issue I have, is that when I attempt to deploy Adobe XD this way, the installation of Adobe XD fails.  However, if once the PC has been deployed, I manually start the Adobe XD package installation (from the same source, using the same user account), the installation succeeds.  I am at a loss to explain why the same package will fail to install during an OSD Task Sequence, however if ran manually it succeeds.

My PCs meet the graphics, OS, and other hardware requirements to run Adobe XD, so I don't believe that is the problem.  I've tried using both setup.exe (--silent) as well as msiexec to install the .MSI file directly.

I believe that the relevant failure is found in PDApp.log:

I've read that the installation also requires the option of Sideloading Apps to be enabled, so I have also tried enabling that option prior to installation, but that didn't help either.

Hi there,

I recently bought a new laptop and im running into trouble trying to install Adobe Premiere.

I get an error saying:

Does anyone know what to do?

I recently started a job that uses Enterprise log in. Because it took a while to get my account set up, I opted to start a personal 'trial' using my university email, now, however, Adobe won't let me even try to sign up via Enterprise and continues to revert back to my 'trial' free subscription.

I've tried logging out, back in, etc. But I can never get to the screen that Adobe shows where it allows the user the option of choosing the personal account or the enterprise account. It just keeps reverting to my soon-to-end personal trial account.

Here in my job, we have a lab with 20 Creative Cloud licenses, already installed and activates on 20 PCs.

We are upgrading the lab to 45 PCs and already working on buying the additional licenses.

We want to format the 20 "older" PC's to start with everything "new", and finally my question is:

Is there any way to install Creative Cloud apps on one SSD, clone this SSD to all other PC's and activate the CC automatically?
Or we have to install on each one separately?

we are a company in greece and something happend in last update maybe.. and everyone here in the cpmpany when they log in from a desktop in creative cloud everything is in english.. thats correct but when we click on our button name and we click on " creative cloud files "  everything there is with another language that we dont understand.. and i cant change it!  does anyone here  face the same problem? and how do i change it?

Hi ive set up a shared folder between my team using creative cloud team sharing. Initially no problem, several months in we have noticed that as the cloud folder becomes full (100gb capacity) there is a local folder that eats into hard drive space and in additionally the system memory on all the drive incrementally grow to the point that it fills the HD. So if you look at the below the contents of the cloud is added to the document space (not a problem by its self) but over time the system folder size increases and will fill the HD within 2 month without me ever adding or installing any new software or files, we work purely off the cloud.

What is causing this issue?? its apparent on both Mac and PC

We have a Mac lab that is currently running out of date CC software, all device licenses.

I would like to create a new package with the latest updates and install the latest software

Question: Would it be best to uninstall the current software and then run the new package?

My machine names are not changing so would this affect my licensing?

Hi,

we purchased CreativeCloud for Enterprise via VIP contract. I also got access to the admin console but I am not able to create EnterpriseIDs.

What went wrong? Did our reseller assign the wrong product to us? When I go to "view my account" I only see CreativeCloud for Teams which is definitly wrong. The reseller tells me, that he did everything he could. I can not believe this. There must be something missing from the part of the reseller.

Can anyone help?

We have setup an new (for us) AUSST serve on an VM with Windows 2012 server.

Then, we try to update Adobe CC from an MAC workstation with Sierra 10.12.4. For that, we put the configuration file in `/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0/AdobeUpdater.Overrides`, i.e. on my MAC it is `/Users/christianrenaudineau/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0.

Then, with Adobe Creative Cloud manager, we run update for Adobe Illustrator. And, we have an error like "update abort" (because original message is in french). Log is :

How can I check what is wrong? How can I check if update reaches from our AUSST server instead of Adobe Internet servers?
