One of our users of your software is having issues with the Adobe Creative cloud. When trying to access the cloud on the corporate LAN they cannot download assets. When he is off LAN he can access the assets.
We have contacted our proxy support teams and they have told us that the proxy is not blocking any contact with the Creative Cloud and that we should ask Adobe to whitelist our proxy egress. Could I get an e-mail or a more private form of support so we can discuss this in detail please?
