- i am a SysAdmin in a goverment network that is not connected to the internet.
- i have 200 mac computers with El Capitan.
- i have serial numbers, but the activation web site thinks they are not valid.
- i have to install and activate licenses for Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 on all computers.
- first problem, Photoshop generates a request code, but your web site says it's not valid.
- second problem, Premiere Elements does not appear to allow offline activation.
- i have taken a quick glance at some of the tools for mass deployments, but they all seem to require internet access.
- can you help with any of these problems?
