I've deployed adobe CC to a device and the user has been working fine for the past year. All of a sudden she was asked to login with the Adobe CC admin account (which I've done), but the program still will not launch. The only option I have is to start the 30-Day trial. Is it just a matter of entering the serial number again or do I need to create a new package and push that out again. This is an iMac user running OSX 10.9.5. Again, it was working fine up until today, now all of the CC apps are down.
