I am a Sys Admin of an offline network and I need to install DC pro with SCCM. I need it to be activated with zero-touch from the end user. Our SCCM server does not have any web access to communicate back to Adobe for activation.
Can I create and activate the installer package on a system that can access the internet, then move it to my offline SCCM server for CCE serial deployments?

Our account with 'creative cloud' program is suppose to be confirmed until august 2018. We still have this message every time we try to open any adobe programs like illustrator, Photoshop or acrobat.

To start out this question I need to Ephesians I am looking for Adobe Creative Cloud "Offline" patches - NOT INSTALLERS. We currently deploy CC 2017 products in an Offline configuration to our closed network and need to develop a patch management solution. All forums/discussions point to downloading installers or run updates from product.
Issues involving Offline products
1. No internet access
2. Manual downloads of installers are time consuming (Login to Adobe Account/create offline installer package/USB/sneaker-net to system)
(e.g. Offline Illustrator package size 2.15GB)
3. Installer packages require internet access or not current version(s)
Requesting:
1. Website that includes patch along with fix action documentation (e.g. Security Bulletin)
2. Adobes "Official Answer" for Offline patch management on CC products
If Adobe's solution is create offline packages through our account than I will have to live with it. I just wonder why all other vendors provide patch management solutions for offline content however when it comes to CC products....

Hi everybody,
we are thinking about using Photoshop for the personalization of graphics on a server. The infrastructure we're thinking of is the following: We have shop systems running on individual web servers. If the enduser wants to customize a product, the shop server is contacting a PDFLib server. In some cases it is necessary to open Photoshop which is running on a Windows server, customize the image with the use of droplets and send it back to the shop server. This is how we planned the infrastructure. I guess a single-user license will not be enough for this setup.
What would be the right license for such a setup? Who can we contact to discuss such a topic (we're based in Germany)?

Hi All,
I am looking to build an update server to manage our company's Creative Cloud updates, using the guides provided. The Adobe guide states 200GB as the minimum initial disk space requirement.
Preferably, we would like to host the Adobe Update Server software on a server and store the update repository on a network share. Can anyone advise if this is this possible?
If this is possible, what are the disk space requirements for the server hosting the Adobe Update Server software and also the requirements for the network share?

I have downloaded the full CC package and am having some troubles getting it installed by running msiexec /i "adobecc.msi" /q
Whenever it is ran as the MSI I get an error in the logfile of Exit Code 191 when it goes to install the UWPAssets. No matter what I try I still get this error.
However, when I run it just via Setup.exe the entire package installs as it should.
I have looked all over and have not found a solution yet. We are not blocking anything via AppLocker, Not blocking the Windows Store, Firewall is on, just disabled for domain.
I really need to be able to install using the MSI to get good exit codes reporting back to my SCCM environment.
During all my tests, I am running the installs manually, not via SCCM yet.
Can you disable the Assets,Discovery and Stock Panels in the Creative Cloud Desktop app from the serviceconfig.xml file ?
I ordered 4 team account licenses for Creative Cloud and canceled them before the 14 days were up. This was a difficult process by the way that required the chat instead of a self-service deal. Now I looked at my statement and they billed me anyways and just gave me Adobe credit that I don't want to use.
How can I get the charge back to my original card?

Can anyone confirm which addresses need to be whitelisted for Creative Cloud Packager, in order to successfully connect to Adobe servers and download updates?
Also, if anyone is able to answer - Does the Creative Cloud Packager require a registered account, or can it run with no credentials required? If it requires an account, are there any licensing considerations?

1. Open terminal Type Cd and drag the folder that contains the *.pkg file. Hit enter then type: sudo chmod -R 755 nameofmyadobeCC.pkg
where do I drag the folder that contains the *.pkg file? what I did is I dragged it to my desktop then when I hit enter it asks me to rename then I copied your "sudo chmod -R 755 nameofmyadobeCC.pkg" then paste. but folder tho is a .dmg file so it appears as "sudo chmod -R 755 nameofmyadobeCC.pkg.dmg". do I removed the .dmg too?

I have a user licence for Photoshop whose licence on their pc used to be for a different user.
We have removed everything and re-installed cc with photoshop and each time photoshop starts it asks to login assigns the licence and then asks to sign in again without starting the app.
Is there anything I can try to resolve this please?
I have a user who already had dreamweaver cc installed but licence expired and dreamweaver was removed. I used adobe creative cloud packager to create a package for a device licence for dreamweaver cc and the user installed (via sscm) and it installed ok but it wont get out of trial mode, I have tried removing it again, using cleanup tool, re-installing and running the serialisation (with a base licence package) and it is still not picking up the licence.
I have a Team License for Creative Cloud, but the desktop app keeps showing all of my products as "Trial". My other team member has no problems.
What information do I need to provide, and to whom?
I'm seeking advice on how to upgrade CC on roughly 100 devices. This are activated via device license. Once we open the CC app we are not prompted for an update despite choosing auto updates upon creating the package. The only way to update is to sign into CC with an admin account.
Is there any other way to do this? I don't have time to sign into this many machines and can't hand my credentials out.

It seems that Adobe thought that renaming an existing product and then releasing a new product with the same name as the old existing product and then advertising that new product but then not having that new product included in the existing product entitled "ALL Apps" (the clue should be in the name) would be a great idea. Yes I know this was a long sentence, but when it comes to Adobe anything short and simple is rejected.

we have an older deployment package of CS6 we created with AAMEE for x86 platform.
As those computers are now moved to x64 we have to recreate that package for x64 platform.
The problem now is that updates could no longer be integrated into the package as the update servers seem to be no longer available as they a not responding.
How can we get the latest CS6 updates to be integrated into our package now?
BTW: PCs to be deployed do not have access to the internet.

Contrary to Adobe's belief all products are not up to date nor open during installation and the update remains available. If I update via the GUI it works fine, we just have hundreds of machines so this isn't really feasible. Anyone else running into this?

I work as an IT employee for a department in the university. We get our installers not directly from our Adobe account, but from a university-wide download service.
Anyway,
Every. single. time. that we want to install a new version of the CreativeCloud Suite, we run into errors. Every time. It's exhausting, and I've spent the entire work day on this one issue now. I am hoping to be provided with a sure-fire solution......that will work every single time we do a full suite uninstall/reinstall. It already takes ages to uninstall and install each Adobe program in and of itself, not to mention running into these pathetic errors!!!
Why do I run into the WORST, most unintuitive, vague error experiences with some of the biggest software companies?
Here's the gist of what I've done:
I've run the CreativeCloud Cleaner two additional times on top of that, I've restarted more times than indicated, and I've run registry cleaners more times than indicated.
I also tried downloading the desktop app from here in preparation to download the apps from the CreativeCloud app, and after having to step through yet ANOTHER obnoxious Adobe Suite hell (solution here), I was able to log in and bring up my available software list. But, as I said earlier, activation and software downloads are done through the university's software distribution, and not through our Adobe login's account. So I did not have the desired CC 2018 apps available for download in my CreativeCloud app under my Adobe login.
Funnily enough, Adobe Acrobat DC installs without errors.
Remaining possible solutions to try:
Hopefully one of you can sift through those log files and help. I would very much appreciate it.
Hi all.
I've been tearing my hair out trying to identify why I can't get any CCP created packages to install on certain macs.
Below is the PDApp.log file on one such mac. The mac is a MacBook Air 13" (Jun 2013, Apr 2014) model, running macOS 10.12.6. It has 4GB RAM, core i5, 15GB free space etc.
In CCP, I have created separate packages for each product. With the logs below, I have tried installing InDesign and Lightroom Classic from two separate packages. Both end will launch the installer, run for about 10sec, then fail.
I have re-packaged the software using CCP again, with the same result. I have also ensured all other Adobe software on the laptop has been removed, and that there are no Adobe-related processes running on the laptop that may get in the way of the installation.
I initially tried the install on the laptop when it was running 10.12, and have tried updating it to 10.12.6 with no improvement. I will have the user update to 10.12 over the weekend, but I'm not convinced that will improve anything.
If anyone can please provide any help it will be greatly appreciated,
