My team is all sharing one library for different graphics. One thing that we are having trouble with is organizing our library. It will let us drop graphics into the library and it automatically goes into a folder labeled 'graphics.' We would like to create different folders within that project with different labels. For instance, under one project we have graphics of planets and we would like to put those planets in one folder labeled 'planets.' Instead, it just goes into the folder labeled 'graphics.' Does this make sense? And does anyone else have this issue?

Can I block a specific mobile device from acquiring a licence?
Hi,
I'm having a weird problem where an iphone (or something purporting to be an iphone) keeps picking up a device licence from our portal. I'm getting sick of deactivating it! Is there a way to block this device permanently?
Seriously, the admin portal needs work. With our company's rather archaic purchasing system, the first we (in IT) know that an installation has happened is when the computer name shows up in the portal. It's nigh on impossible to find out any information from just a device name - particularly if it is unknown to us!

Adobe CC licensing not automatically recognizing
I have a valid VIP agreement and the dashboard shows that I have 46 licenses that are not in use, however, when I install my new deployment that I just created it does not recognize that I have active licenses to be used with the installation. It now only allows me to use the trial version of the product. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Steps already taken are the licensing deployment, clearing cache and logging in with my adobe ID as well as complete uninstall and re-install of the adobe CC products.

09/2017 I had a very grave car accident. I went to the hospital. My family forgot to pay CC subscription. They did not know about it and is no access to my PayPal account. On 15/10/2017 I received a message about the warning and failure of payment. I did not know about it because I was in the hospital. I came home three days ago. Today I just realized. The subscription of CC has been canceled. I can only use the trial version or again purchase license. What should I do now? My English is very weak and I do not know how to contact technical support to clarify this matter. Can I activate the license again or do I need to buy again? License for business, monthly fee for a year.

Unable to Download Apps in Creative Cloud Packager
I'm trying to download applications in Creative Cloud Packager. I can select the applications that I'd like to create a package for. However, when I click the download button it downloads for about 20 seconds and then goes back to the screen to select applications. There are no error messages. Then when I click download again, it does the same thing.
Any ideas?

AUSST - some versions of products will install, but not all
I setup an AUSST server, had the CC desktop app packaged with update Overrides files, and everything was working OK - internal only deployment from my AUSST server worked for all CC software, including client privileges escalation for local admin rights for any of our users to be able to install any program from the CC desktop launcher.
Then the CC desktop launcher updated, a few times now it seems. The client privileges escalation allows the new version to download and install just fine.
However - my customers unable to install the newest versions of CC products. I can install older versions, but not newer.
This is the error when attempting to install Photoshop CC (both 2018 and 2017 versions)
FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: CameraRawRIBSCoExistPackage Version: 9.6.0.126). Error code: '113'
The installation files for that product are on my server.
The installation of Photoshop CC 2015 went perfectly. IE: my server, my configuration files, and my network are not the problem with these older versions.
What has Adobe changed in newer versions of the CC desktop launcher application so that it is ignoring the files on my AUSST server?

Creative Cloud Desktop 4.3.0.256 always needs update/Win 7 64
I have Creative Cloud Desktop 4.3.0.256 running in Win 7 64-bit. My problem is I cannot update any on my CC apps until the Desktop app updates. When I let Desktop update, the progress wheel just spins "Updating Creative Cloud Please wait..." I have allowed it to go for hours with no result. I have an enterprise account and am on a fast hardwired ethernet connection. I have also tried this from home, with the same result. I have another machine I recently updated (same enterprise account) with no difficulties.
I have uninstalled, via windows, using Creative Cloud Uninstaller, and AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool AND deleted the ..\Adobe\OOBE directory and rebooted in almost all possible combinations, followed by reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. The app always says that it needs an update so it never shows my installed apps or allows me to update any of my CC apps.
I am running CC 2015 apps. It has been some time since i have updates any of them. I would like to update them. I thought about using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool to remove everything and start fresh, but I would not be able to reinstall any of the apps if Desktop still had the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Made a Web Premium CC package including Acrobat but this installation is skipped.
What is can see in the PDApp.log is the following:

Is there a way to get the whole CC package to work including Adobe Acrobat?

Adding Mobile Apps to CC Enterprise
We are trying to get mobile apps working with our enterprise subscription. Adobe support can't seem to help me. They have told me it is something I have to do? And I quote "Wish I could help in the matter but have no idea and expertise on it. Usually IT team at customer's side perform it."
Anyone any idea how to allow mobile apps?

Reactivation of Archived machines in Device licensing failed
Hello, I am from Germany.
We have a 100license for education and I deactivated one license on a backup Mac from admin console.
Now we need the backup Mac and I tried to reactivate the CC.
I installed the actual cc-package, but applications don´t start.
I followed the instructions on the "Reactivation of Archived machines in Device licensing failed" Site, but I didn't´get the the command’s return code as zero, my code is "28"
So, what now? I am desperately and don't know what to do ....

Updating Creative Cloud Activated w/ Desktop License
I'm seeking advice on how to upgrade CC on roughly 100 devices. This are activated via device license. Once we open the CC app we are not prompted for an update despite choosing auto updates upon creating the package. The only way to update is to sign into CC with an admin account.
Is there any other way to do this? I don't have time to sign into this many machines and can't hand my credentials out.

Creative Cloud Access
We are trying to connect our Creative Cloud Asset repository to an AEM Instance. While trying to create the connection we discovered that we cannot get into to complete the setup process. We are not sure of the exact issue, but it appears we have users setup to use Creative Cloud. 2 Companies are trying to test to see if whether AEM cloud can access my companies cloud and vice versa. (1 componaies objective is to be able to exchange assets with the other partner agencies through the Creative cloud interface.)

AUSST doesnt download all Updates Processed 604 out of 604 items Error in 30 items

I have an Error on my AUSST Server.
It doesnt Download all Updates
The Download starts normally but it seems at the End that it doesnt can receive all items.
What i've tried to fix it:
- 15x incremental installations
- 1 complete fresh installation

Difference between assets2.adobe.com and cloud.acrobat.com?
I have a Creative Cloud for teams plan. I'm logged in to all my devices with the same Adobe-account. When I use Adobe Scan on my iPhone, the files are stored to cloud.acrobat.com and I can access them from within Acrobat Pro DC on my PC but the files aren't showed in the folder Creative Cloud Files.
Only files stored in assets2.adobe.com shows up in Creative Cloud Files on my computer. Why is that? Do you have two sets of cloud storage services?
So, what is the difference between the two sets of cloud storage?
I run Windows 10 Pro (1709 build 16299.192), iOS 11.2.2 on iPhone 7 Plus.

Creative Cloud Files - Win10 Install/Uninstall options
Just did some test deployments of Adobe DC (not enterprise)
Ran the CC package tool.
So by default CC is installed.
Couple of questions
1) CC installed the "Create Cloud Files" folder in C:\Users\%username%\Creative Cloud Files. Dont want this. Also installed the folder in File Explorer. So I uninstalled CC (leaving Adobe DC installed). after install this CC stuff is still there. Any other way then changing the reg setting?

I can script the removal of the Folder from C: and push out a GPO reg change for above. But is all this necessary when using the build Mgr and you just want Adobe DC installed? But assumed you needed Creative Cloud installed to register each users.
2) Better deployment path? If so, can I push the .exe via --silent cmd params, and config an XML file somewhere that contains the user info?
3) What is best way to control updates? Can I use my internal deployment tool PDQDeploy?

Unable to install CC2018 on some windows 10 machines.
Good morning,
We are seeing an issue with behavior similar to that of the Project Felix on windows 7 issue. In that an install will begin...then roll back and fail. However the opposite OS is affected in our case. Windows 10
We have successful installs on all Windows 7 machines and we have successful installs on SOME windows 10 machines, all 64 bit. Installs from both a network share and local work. Both also don't work on the problem machines. All Windows 10 machines are built from the same image. The following is the PDApp output. I have tried multiple packages of varying size and am currently testing with a small one consisting of just photoshop, illustrator, and indesign. This is my first time building packages so if I missed something simple please be gentle!

How to deactivate the Trial Apps in Creative Cloud „Apps“
Hi,
Please tell me how to deactivate for all users in Creative Cloud „Apps“ the Trial Apps.
I have to prevent them from generating network traffic.
Might use this… “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs\ServiceConfig.xml”
But how?

Adobe Cloud Libraries 'Unable to connect to server' and Fuse 'error:0 Unknown' issues
Myself and my team use Adobe CC in a corporate environment. The cloud functionality has never worked; the software has been reinstalled several times and our IT department has carried out numerous network tests to identify whether there is a port blocked or network filtering, however they have exhausted all options. I've tried using different cloud accounts but to no avail.
The Cloud Libraries panel in each app state:
'Unable to connect to server' and display the CC cloud icon with an 'x' in said panel. The apps still work fine though (AND I AM LOGGED IN :-)
Adobe Fuse works up until the point it's trying to send to Photoshop cloud libraries and then I get:
Upload Error Upload failed with error 0: Unknown error (0)

Interestingly, the Adobe CC Cloud desktop app does work and I can upload files to that and download from another computer no problem.
Any ideas, please?

Adobe Creative Cloud, constantly signing out, please STOP!
So it's really getting old, I manage 17 computers at my office and Creative Clouds is signing out constantly from each computer, so I'm being asked repetitively to sign everyone in, it's really frustrating and annoying that I have to do this... why can't it just have a selection to check in the preferences to say signed in?
And yes, I've tried all the fixes suggested on the forum, and it still does it. There is obviously a problem here that needs to be addressed by Adobe. We pay top dollar for this suite and I don't have the time to keep dealing with this everyday all day long.
PLEASE ADOBE, fix this issue.... not everyone in the world using this is a single user where this wouldn't be that big of a deal...
