Installing CC 2017 software like Photoshop via SCCM without Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application

Is it possible to install Adobe CC 2017 without the program Creative Cloud Desktop Application where people could login.

I was using the packager but didn't found an option to exclude the Creative Cloud Desktop Application?
