I have a user who has Creative Cloud installed on her workstation and the only software she has installed through it is Adobe InDesign. She has plenty of other Adobe software and some with multiple versions (i.e. Adobe Photshop CS2, older version of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Bridge, etc..) but Creative Cloud itself is the problem.
Creative Cloud is constantly crashing (always within 3 minutes of being open), always bringing up a prompt it has "stopped working.." and you can either close it out or attempt to restart the program. Regardless of whether CC restarts or not, she can continue to work on inDesign, but this is a very annoying issue. I have done a lot of things to troubleshoot it, including some previously posted steps of uninstalling both CC and InDesign and then installing it all again. Yes, that includes deleting certain Adobe folders during the installation process (suggested from other forum posts). Also tried system restores to before when it was working fine. It still crashes no matter what (even when logged in with another administrator account) and I've ran out of ideas of what to try, which is why I'm here. Please let me know what the culprit is and what to try, so it can get fixed and she can continue to work with InDesign at peace. Thanks.
