We recently upgraded our Mac users to Sierra and found out after the upgrade they could no longer run the CC app. They get an error trying to connect to the Adobe servers. We tried to reinstall the CC app, but got an "Error code: 207". We discovered the cause is that if a machine is configured to use a PAC file, CC won't connect. If the machine is configured to point directly to a proxy, then it works fine.
A network capture with only a PAC file specified shows the client trying to connect directly to the Adobe servers and never attempting to download a PAC file. Has anyone found a resolution for this?
