Hi
I am planning to deploy CS apps to my organization. I have made a creative cloud installation with cloud packager. The idea is that they log on with the cloud app and download and install the apps. When I start the creative Cloud app and log on it starts installing an update. When that is finsihed i go in and click on the app tab and get this error. Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (404).
I see that I have two active apps on Adobe teams site and it works if I install the apps manually. I ahve ckecked dlm.log and it only reports that the cloud app update was successfull.
I have tried on different computers and with both standard users and admin users, same error.
Anyone have any solution?
